Improving Public Health Management for Action (IMPACT) Program

Improving Public Health Management for Action (IMPACT) program. This program is designed to strengthen the management skills of public health professionals in Kenya in response to the myriad of public health challenges faced in the country. The two-tier fellowship program consists of:

  • An intensive, advanced six-month short course dubbed the Distinguished Fellows Program (DFP) for senior public health managers. 
  • A two-year fellowship program offered by the NPHI in collaboration with the U.S. Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) and Kenyatta University leads to an MSc in Public Health Systems Management and Application from Kenyatta University.
